Formitize is looking to add to our Welcome Team. Welcome Team Associates play an important role as the “first impression” of Formitize as they are often the first team members to engage with our clients. We want new clients to feel welcome when they start with us and there is no better way then a friendly welcome call. Your role will be to contact new clients, welcome them to Formitize, understand their main challenges and direct them on the best client success path.

You will be a positive, engaging and happy person that loves talking to clients on the phone. You will be thorough and organised with a super clear telephone voice manner. You will enjoy making and receiving lots of phone calls with potential clients each day and helping direct them to the next stage in the Formitize new client pathway. You will be organised and look forward to following up with clients to check on progress and ensure they are moving through the Formitize Success Pathway
